Terms of the trial

What you may do, and what we will not do to you.

1. What you are getting

A workspace on the hosted EagleAI Supplier OS, free for seven days from the day you create it, for you and the people you invite to it. There is no charge, no card, and no automatic conversion to a paid plan — there is not yet a paid plan to convert to.

2. Nothing is switched off when the seven days end

The trial end date is recorded and shown to you. It is not enforced. Your workspace keeps opening, your records keep loading and your export keeps working after it passes. If we ever change that, it will apply to workspaces created after the change and you will be told before it happens, not after.

3. Your records are yours

What you put in — purchase orders, suppliers, prices, supplier correspondence — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to use it beyond what running the service requires: storing it, showing it back to you, backing it up, and processing it to produce the results you asked for.

• We do not sell it. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not as benchmarks.
• We do not train models on it.
• We do not show it to another customer. Each workspace is separate and a session resolves to exactly one.
• A named person on our side can read it only to investigate a fault you have reported, or where the law requires it of us.

4. Where it goes, precisely

The hosted service runs on Microsoft Azure. Your workspace is stored there, and a copy of the database is written daily to Azure storage separate from the disk the application runs on, so that losing that disk does not lose your records.

Some features send selected parts of your records to an AI model — for example reading a supplier's email to extract a date and a quantity. That means those parts leave the database and reach a model provider over the network. This only happens for the feature you invoked, with the portion it needs. We will not claim your data never leaves the machine, because for those features it does.

5. Leaving

Export everything you imported, in the format you imported it, from inside the product, whenever you like. Ask us to delete your workspace and we will delete it, and it will fall out of the rolling backups as those age out. Leaving is meant to cost you one click, and we would rather you left cleanly than stayed because leaving was awkward.

6. What we do not promise

This is a trial of software that no customer has yet paid for. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and without a guaranteed uptime, response time or support window. It runs on a small instance sized for evaluation.

In particular: applying a date in EagleAI is not an update to your ERP, not an email to your supplier, and not a delivery. The product says so on every screen where it matters. Do not make a purchasing decision on the strength of this software alone during the trial — check it against your system of record, which is exactly what a trial is for.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss arising from the free trial is limited to what you paid for it, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. What we ask of you

• Use it for your own business records, or records you are entitled to handle.
• Do not upload anything you are not allowed to send to a cloud service — a customer's personal data you have no basis to share, classified material, payment card numbers.
• Do not attempt to reach another workspace, and tell us if you find you can.
• Do not resell access or run load tests against the shared instance without asking first.

8. Ending it

You can stop at any time; there is nothing to cancel. We may suspend a workspace that is being used to attack the service or to break the law, and we will tell you why. We will not delete your records without telling you first and giving you the chance to export them.

9. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the version in force and its date will be published on this page, and the previous version will be recoverable rather than quietly replaced. Questions, complaints and corrections go to manishkumar@eagleai.online, which a person reads.
