Any purchase, pilot, proof of concept, subscription, or support arrangement with EagleAI is governed by a separate order form, proposal, or master services agreement.

If there is any conflict between these website terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls.

The EagleAI name, website content, software, designs, and supporting materials are owned by EagleAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from EagleAI materials except as allowed in a written agreement.

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EagleAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
